  • How do Infrared heaters work?

    Infrared is part of the electromagnetic spectrum - Infrared heaters work by converting electricity into radiant heat.


    An infrared heater or heat lamp is a body with a higher temperature which transfers energy to a body with a lower temperature through electromagnetic radiation.

  • What type of heat is Infrared?

    Infrared heat is the same warm feeling you get from winter sun on your face  whenr you are close to a coal fire. It's the same form of heat emitted by your own body.

  • Are iInfrared heaters efficient?

    Yes. Standard  Infrared panel heating is energy efficient with proven savings as much as 50% compared to other conventional heating systems.


    Our system work even better than standard panels.

  • Can i get burnt from infrared?

    Infrared radiation may cause indirect thermal burns when the skin is exposed for too long or the heater is positioned too close to the subject. 

  • How long does installation take?

    Installation is fast - allow 30 minutes. A 'Plug and play' system setup with full training proviced on the FREE downloadable application.



  • How much does installation cost?

    Installation in Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex is FREE.


     AAMPLYFI™ try to simplyfy the process. Our team will complete a site visit and a full package installation.

  • Will my system require maintenance?

    It is a recommendtion to complete  an annual (yearly) maintenance service to the heater.


    Talk to the team to ensure the correct service kit is availble for your heater.


    Yearly maintenance service package is also available as an all inclusive paid service by AAMPLYFI™ 


    Our service includes change of the oil filter, nozzle, gaskets, overall clean/ decontamination and inspection of the  heater.

  • Are spare components available?

    Annual maintenance service componnets are available by buy seperately and availble in our E:SHOP

  • What fuel types can the heaters use?

    The system can use Diesel, Bio Diesel or Red Diesel.
